I like solving puzzles and I love words. As it happens, Content Design turned out to be the exact intersection of the two. It's days of solving for the best possible experience under business and development constraints, I love it.
I've worked for ecobee, Shopify, MacPaw, put together not one but two UX Writing courses (I still believe Content Design sounds better though), and gave multiple lectures on UX and content craft.
I also wrote a novel, just for the hell of it.
